New Features

  • Added comments to communications and campaigns

    • Allows teams to discuss details, give feedback, and keep context directly attached to the work.
  • Added assignments feature for communications and campaigns

    • Enables you to assign responsibilities to team members and track progress in one central place.
  • Added notifications system (assignments, comments, and more)

    • Keeps you updated when something requires your attention, with customizable preferences in User Settings.
  • Added color palette selector/saver

    • Lets you create and store custom colors to keep your content and campaigns visually consistent.
  • Added notes section to campaigns

Workflow Improvements (Calendar)

  • Drag a communication to a new channel

    • Quickly reassign which channel a communication belongs to without opening the item.
  • Option/Alt + drag to duplicate a communication

    • Creates a fast workflow for duplicating communications across channels as needed.
  • Change which campaign a communication is linked to inside the communication

    • Makes it easy to update or correct campaign connections without recreating the item.
  • Drag-and-drop move and duplicate now preserve day of week in Week View

    • Ensures communications keep their intended weekday when moved or copied across weeks.
  • Select any date within the week when creating a communication

    • Gives more control when adding a communication from the Calendar by choosing the exact day in the modal.

    • Streamlines setup by letting you upload images and write content directly during creation.

Settings and Admin Updates

  • Updated Admin Console for Admins and Owners

    • Provides clearer access to church information, team management, and billing tools.
  • Reorganized User Settings and Admin areas

UI and Style Updates

  • Entry Modal and campaign linking moved to the top

    • Places key actions in a more intuitive and consistent location.
  • Add Communication Modal updated similarly

  • Entry Modal now includes more editable content

    • Allows additional details to be modified without navigating to separate screens.
