Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial for both plans. You can explore the product and see how Communicate works for your church before you commit.
Which plan includes AI writing?
AI copy generation is included with Plus. It isn’t available on Essentials. On Plus, team members with the Owner, Admin, or Editor role can generate copy after an Owner or Admin turns on AI Features and sets up your Church Voice.
Is AI writing unlimited?
No. Plus includes a monthly AI usage allowance for your church. Each Generate and each Church Voice save counts toward it, and it resets on the 1st of each month. Unlimited campaigns and communications don’t mean unlimited AI generation. If your church reaches the allowance, Generate is unavailable until the next month; contact [email protected] if you need more sooner.
Can I try AI writing during the free trial?
Yes, if you choose Plus when you start your trial. An Owner or Admin turns on AI Features and sets up your Church Voice in the Admin Console, and then your team can generate copy. Essentials trials don’t include AI writing.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we’ll prorate any billing adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can accommodate ACH transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
What if I need more team members?
Essentials includes 1 team member, and Plus includes up to 5. Both plans include unlimited viewers, so pastors and ministry leaders can see the plan without using an editing seat. Upgrade to Plus when you need more people to create and manage communications.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, your subscription will automatically begin, and the card you used during sign-up will be charged based on the plan you selected. If you’d prefer not to continue, cancel before the trial ends—no surprises, no pressure.
