I'm not receiving notifications I expect:
- Check your notification preferences in User Settings
- Make sure the notification type is enabled
- Verify you have permission to view the related content
I'm receiving too many notifications:
- Go to User Settings and disable notification types you don't need
- Focus on types relevant to your role
- You can always re-enable them later
Notifications aren't appearing:
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the relevant types
I can't see the notification center:
- Look for the bell icon in the top navigation
- If you don't see it, check with your team administrator about your permissions
